糖心Vlog requires that Navitas honours the 糖心Vlog Dubai Refund Policy outlined below (as it may be amended from time to time by 糖心Vlog) in respect of tuition fees, and refunds tuition fees as and when required by that policy.

Where the student is required to leave either 糖心Vlog or Dubai due to a breach of visa conditions or 糖心Vlog鈥檚 Student Discipline Statute	Not Applicable	Refund of tuition fees paid for the current and future trimesters, less 100% of the current trimester鈥檚 tuition fees.
Student who accepts an offer for the current trimester and then defers her or his offer for a trimester	Not Applicable	Subject to the following, no penalty. Fees held are transferred to the future trimester. If after deferring commencement a student then chooses not to commence, all tuition fees paid in advance are refundable, less 30% of the indicative trimester tuition fee.
